Arrival
You can move into your apartment on the day of arrival from 2 pm. Earlier arrivals from 12 o’clock are only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability for a fee of € 20,-.
Visit Innsbruck by plane, train, bus and of course by car. The 1 km from the train station to your apartment is easy to walk.
Departure
Please vacate your apartment on the day of departure until 11 am and leave the room card in the box in the entrance area. Later departures until 12 o’clock are only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability for a fee of € 20,-.
All inclusive
All prices include free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea & popcorn as well as towels. Not included is the local tax: € 2,00 per person from 15 years.

We ask for your understanding that our flats are non-smoking flats without exception.
Pharmacy
The Winkler City Pharmacy is located at Herzog-Friedrich-Straße 25, 6020 Innsbruck. Outside the opening times, the emergency pharmacies on duty are also posted there.

In just a few minutes walk you can reach several banks and ATMs. Raiffaisen Bank located at Marktplatz, Tiroler Sparkasse located at Sparkassenplatz. The next ATM is approximately 50 m in the direction of „the goldenes Dachl“ located at Herzog-Friedrich-Straße 21, 6020 Innsbruck.

Fire Alarm
In the event of a fire alarm, leave the building via the marked emergency exits and follow the instructions of the fire brigade. Smoking and working with open flames is prohibited in the entire building. If improper behavior triggers a false alarm and the fire brigade is alerted as a result, we will pass on the incurred deployment costs to the person who caused it.

Please be aware of and follow the current Covid-19 regulations in effect.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. For exceptional cases we ask you to send a request.

You can use our free Wlan free of charge in the entire building. You will receise the access code when you arrive at the apartment.
Innsbruck Card
The Innsbruck Card includes visiting important sights, taking a train to the Nordkette, using all IVB public transport, traveling on Innsbruck‘s hop-on hop-off sightseeing buses and much more. You can get the card from Innsbruck Information at the entrance of the old town next to Maria-Theresien-Straße.

Public transport
The next stop of numerous lines can be found in Museumstraße (entrance of the old town) or in Maria-Theresienstraße. Tickets are available from the park or ticket machine. ivb.at
Parking possibilities
Since the Hofgasse apartments are located in the center of Innsbruck‘s old town, it is only possible to drive in for charging activities between 6 a.m and 10.30 a.m. Parking is generally not possible. We recommend that you use one of the underground park garages around the old town.

All apartments are non-smoking apartments. If smoking in the apartments causes damage or unpleasant smells, we will invoice the person responsible for this accordingly.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance.

Safe
We recommend leaving valuables in the safe. We are not liable for valuables that are kept in the room. The instructions for use can be found at the safe.

Cancellations
Free of charge up to 30 days in advance. Up to 15 days in advance 50% of the booking price. 80% of the booking price up to 7 days in advance. From 7 days in advance 100% of the booking price. We try to keep the cancellation costs as low as possible for you. Should we be able to sublet your booked apartment, we will not charge you these costs. The general provisions of the Austrian hotel industry apply.
